LANDMARK OHIO DECISION ON EMINENT DOMAIN

The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled in favor of property owners in an eminent domain dispute which pitted neighbor against neighbor. We talk to Joy Gamble, who along with her husband Carl learned through a newspaper article that the town of Norwood, Ohio planned to take their property. We also hear from Steven Anderson of the Castle Coalition about the court's decision. Also, we discuss pending eminent domain legislation.
